One of my goals is to make you feel comfortable and successful no matter where your experience lies.
If you're a new or unpublished author and need help with the basics, such as designing a website, setting up a blog and connecting on social networks, I can help you. I won't design your site for you, but I will advise you on your options and assist you in setting up your website. For beginners, I highly recommend you look for a company that gives you customizable templates and easy-to-use design and updating capabilities. For more experienced authors, you may want to hire a private designer. I have tips and suggestions on how to go about that and how to get the best "bang" for your buck.
You could have your new website or blog ready for readers within a week!
One of the first things I do with any new coaching client is gather information from you on your book(s), writing experience, marketing experience and computer literacy. I do this through emails and/or phone calls. This helps me design a custom-fitted plan that's just right for you. In the first hour I generally review and assess your website and blog (if you have one) and send you a list of any suggested changes or additions, with my reasons for suggesting them.
If you need specific advice, let me know and I'll be happy to work with you on any promotional project.
Some authors come to me with very specific needs, such as wanting to learn how to organize a successful book launch, signing or virtual book tour. Many writers want information and assistance with the search for a literary agent. I have personal experience with all of these.
I can direct you to one of my associates who assists with connecting authors and agents.
It's important that you understand that if you hire me, I'll be your coach, your cheering squad and your standing ovation. But I won't do everything for you. Control of your future, your exciting destiny, is in YOUR hands and you'd be wise to grab onto that and do everything you can to achieve what you determine is "success". Ultimately, I can help you best by teaching you everything you need to know about marketing and promoting your books in today's rapidly changing market.
Every successful person has a "coach" in their corner, a person who wants the very best in success for you.
I'd be very happy to be YOURS!
